Melissa Ordway, star of The Young and the Restless, and her husband Justin Gaston have an adorable relationship — though like any couple, they sometimes clash. Recently, a playful prank from Gaston landed him on his wife’s bad side.
With college football season in full swing, the Ordway-Gaston household has a friendly rivalry over which team to support. On Instagram, Ordway shared a humorous video of her husband proudly wearing an Alabama Crimson Tide shirt. Her reaction? Hilarious. “Where’d you get that? That’s ridiculous. Take it off. That’s so gross. Ugliest shirt I’ve seen in my life,” she laughed as Gaston flaunted the shirt.
Later, as they settled in to watch Alabama face Georgia, Ordway continued to tease her husband. “You don’t even like Alabama,” she noted as Gaston finally removed the shirt. He redeemed himself by dressing their puppy in a Georgia Bulldogs outfit, earning back his wife’s favor.
Ordway, a Georgia native, captioned the post: “When your team has a big game and your husband is trying to get on your bad side… 🏈😂 this is a @ugaathletics house and @jmichaelgaston thinks he’s hilarious 😂🤣.” Despite Georgia losing to Alabama that Saturday, Ordway will continue cheering for her home team, hoping her husband doesn’t stir up any more playful football drama.
