General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, November 18 reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) shares some news. Meanwhile, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is angry. Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a warning. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, November 18: Update
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Dante opens up to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins). We assume he’ll fill her in on Giovanni Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) part in the break-in plot, as well as Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner). Of course, with Emma, it’ll likely be framed as covering for Gio in some way. But he will at least apparently admit to one thing. In the promo, Lulu asks him if he’s saying Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) did this to himself. So, at least he’ll likely be able to admit that Rocco made a bad choice. But we’re sure it’ll include another rant about how Gio is awful.
We get it. Gio was wrong to involve the kids, but he wasn’t alone there. And we actually think it was more Emma’s idea. So, we do think Gio should get some sort of break/credit with Dante for having called the plan off. He tried to do the right thing.
Things will likely get more complicated, too, when they learn the other kids are turning themselves in for what happened. We still think it’s a terrible idea, no matter what Ric Webber (Rick Hearst) said. This is just going to get the others charged right along with him, at best. Or, the cops will think they’re just trying to cover for their brother.

As we mentioned in the weekly, General Hospital spoilers reveal someone’s toast. It seems Sidwell is left fuming. Obviously, he’s angry at Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) for defying his orders about how to handle the lab break-in. And when he sees the video of that confrontation with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), he’ll be even angrier. That is bringing far too much attention Dalton’s way and, by extension, Jenz as well. So, he won’t be long for this show.

Finally, Sonny is worried. He should be, after that scene Laura had with Dalton. She was justified in being angry, but getting in his face the way she did in front of all those people was a bad idea. And even worse, once she slapped him. This is going to look awful, and just might make her a target as well.
