Emmerdale fans are hoping they’ve worked out Charity Dingle’s scene with Carla Connor in the Corriedale special.
Next year, soap fans are in for a treat as ITV soaps Emmerdale and Coronation Street are joining forces for a one-off special crossover that will air for one hour. While not much is known about the crossover yet, some characters have already been confirmed – DS Lisa Swain from Corrie, and Aaron Dingle from Emmerdale.
In another twist, viewers will be asked to cast a vote to choose which pairing from the soaps will interact with each other in a scene. The pairings have been shortlisted, but only one scene will air on the night.
