Beth Likes Carter, But He’ll Never Be Dad

Even though Beth sees Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) as a charming and humorous individual, he simply can’t measure up to her father! Beth’s greatest desire is to witness Liam and Hope exchange vows, yet she is presently engaged to Carter; no doubt he’d be a great stepfather.

However, this situation might change soon, particularly given how much Beth is promoting the idea of a marriage between Hope and Liam.

The CBS soap appears to be setting the stage for a wedding redo for Liam and Hope, with Hope’s past infidelities that caused their divorce way in the past now. And this means that eventually, Carter will face a difficult truth regarding his future-perhaps it will be sooner than later.

Carter Was Looking Forward To Years Of Happiness With Hope

One can easily picture Hope and Liam opting for a more understated approach, much like Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) did not long ago. Given the situation, a quick wedding seems to be the most sensible choice for Liam and Hope.

Hope And Liam May Decide It’s Best To Elope, And Tell Everyone About It Later

Hope and Liam might choose to elope – partly to save Carter from the heartache of a lavish wedding and partly because they are eager to start their new life together.

However, there’s a chance Beth could witness the vows since she’s so excited about the prospect of Liam and Hope getting married. Even if Beth learns about the elopement later, you can be sure she’ll be thrilled.

It seems like Liam, Hope, and Beth are headed for a joyful conclusion – at least as long as those endings last on soap operas!

B&B spoilers suggest that Hope could soon become Liam’s wife, meaning Carter will have to come to terms with the fact that he’s not the one destined to be her husband.
